A Regime Generator for Habplan

Habgen is a program written in Java for generating input data for Habplan. Habplan is a program written in Java for Forest Harvest and Habitat Scheduling. Habgen produces input data so that Habplan can develop a management schedule for an area of land that is divided into polygons. Habread is yet another program that generates Habplan input data from an MPS file. For more information on Habgen, look at the documentation in html or pdf formats.
